1. About Cargo Go

Cargo Go ("Platform", "we", "us") is a digital freight marketplace operated in Uzbekistan. We connect shippers who need to transport goods with carriers who provide transportation services. Cargo Go acts as an intermediary and facilitates transactions between both parties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in Uzbekistan to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Roles

๐Ÿญ Shippers

Companies or individuals who post shipments and pay for transportation services. Shippers are responsible for accurate shipment details, timely payment, and being available for carrier communication.

๐Ÿš› Carriers

Truck owners or logistics companies who bid on shipments and provide transportation. Carriers are responsible for holding valid licenses, maintaining vehicles, and completing deliveries as agreed.

4. Platform Fee

Cargo Go charges a 20% platform fee on all completed transactions. This fee is automatically calculated and deducted from carrier payouts. The shipper pays the full agreed amount; the carrier receives 80%.

Example: Agreed amount = $500 โ†’ Carrier receives $400 ยท Platform fee = $100

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are made via bank transfer to Cargo Go's official account.
  • The invoice reference number must be included in the transfer description.
  • Carrier payout is held in escrow until delivery is confirmed.
  • Admin releases payment to carrier after delivery confirmation.
  • Cargo Go is not responsible for delays caused by bank processing times.
  • Refunds are subject to dispute resolution (see Section 7).

6. Carrier Responsibilities

  • Carriers must hold a valid Uzbekistan driver's license and vehicle registration.
  • Carriers must have valid vehicle insurance.
  • Carriers are responsible for the safe delivery of goods.
  • Carriers must update their GPS location during transit.
  • Failure to complete a delivery without notice may result in account suspension.

7. Disputes

Either party may raise a dispute through the platform's dispute system. Cargo Go admin will:

  • Review the dispute within 24โ€“72 hours.
  • Contact both parties for information.
  • Issue a binding resolution decision.

Cargo Go's dispute decisions are final. In cases of fraud or proven misconduct, the offending account will be permanently suspended.

8. Prohibited Use

  • Providing false information or fake identities.
  • Circumventing the platform to avoid fees (contacting parties directly to bypass payment).
  • Transporting illegal goods.
  • Harassment of other users.
  • Attempting to manipulate the bidding system.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cargo Go is a marketplace and is not a transportation company. We are not liable for: cargo damage, delivery delays, accidents, or losses arising from carrier actions. Carriers and shippers are responsible for their own agreements and insurance.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, engages in fraud, or causes harm to other users or the platform.
